From home to a visit in three steps
No waiting room and no long drive. You need a phone, tablet or computer with a camera and an internet connection.

Complete your new patient paperwork
Before your first visit, fill out your new patient paperwork online. Adults (18 and older) use the adult forms. For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian completes and signs the pediatric forms.

Meet by video
At your appointment time, join the video visit from a quiet, private spot. You need to be in Missouri during the visit.
