Terms of Use
Use of the AnchorPoint Medical public website
Effective date: October 23, 2026
Agreement and website scope
These Terms of Use govern access to the informational website at https://AnchorPointMed.org, operated by AnchorPoint Medical of the Ozarks, LLC. By using the site, you agree to comply with these terms and applicable law. The practice may revise these terms; the effective date above identifies this version. Separate clinical consent, telehealth consent, patient portal terms, financial policies, and notices may apply when you become a patient.
Information is not individual medical advice
Website pages, educational content, articles, illustrations, and general service descriptions are provided for information only. They do not constitute a personalized diagnosis, prescription, treatment recommendation, or a substitute for an examination or professional medical judgment. Decisions about care are made through an appropriate clinical relationship, considering the patient’s circumstances and the limitations of telehealth.
Emergencies and crisis care
Do not use this website, an ordinary contact form, voicemail, or email to report an emergency or expect immediate clinical monitoring. For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For a mental health crisis in the United States, call or text 988. Telehealth services are not an emergency response service.
Missouri telehealth availability
AnchorPoint offers remote clinical services to eligible patients who are physically located in Missouri at the time of an appointment, consistent with licensing, professional standards, applicable law, and clinical appropriateness. Access to this website from another state does not guarantee eligibility for care. The practice may request identity and physical-location verification and may direct a patient to in-person or emergency services when clinically indicated.
No provider-patient relationship from browsing
Reading the website, submitting an inquiry, requesting an appointment, or receiving an automated response does not by itself establish a clinician-patient relationship, guarantee acceptance as a patient, or guarantee that a particular service, treatment, referral, medication, or prescription will be provided. A clinical relationship begins only through the practice’s established intake and acceptance process.
Appointments, technology, and portals
Appointment availability, the secure patient portal, forms, video visits, and payment features may be operated by separate service providers. You are responsible for using accurate registration information, keeping account credentials confidential, joining visits from a private and safe location, and maintaining compatible equipment and an internet connection. Technical interruptions or clinical concerns may require rescheduling or referral to an in-person setting.
Prescriptions and controlled substances
Medication treatment is determined case by case according to clinical assessment, professional judgment, patient safety, and federal and Missouri law. Website descriptions do not promise prescriptions, controlled substances, testosterone, or any other treatment. Additional screening, records, laboratory work, monitoring, consent, referrals, or an in-person visit may be required.
Fees, payment, and insurance
Prices, coverage descriptions, and service availability shown online are informational and may change. Any applicable patient financial agreement, estimate, insurance verification, cancellation policy, refund policy, and payment authorization should be reviewed in the patient intake or scheduling process. Do not treat the public website as a guarantee of insurance coverage or final charges.
Appropriate website use
You agree not to interfere with site security; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; scrape, copy, or reuse content in ways that violate the law; impersonate another person; or submit misleading, unlawful, abusive, or confidential third-party information. We may restrict access to protect the website, patients, and staff.
Content ownership and third-party links
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, design, trademarks, brand identity, logos, and original materials belong to AnchorPoint or their respective licensors. Limited personal, noncommercial use is permitted; other reuse requires permission. Links to outside sites are offered for convenience, and those sites are governed by their own content, terms, and privacy practices.
Privacy and communications
Our Website Privacy Policy describes information associated with public site use. Our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices addresses patient PHI. Do not use general email or public contact forms for urgent messages or detailed sensitive medical information. Messages may not be read immediately, and electronic communications can carry security risks.
Disclaimers and limits
We strive to keep public website information accurate, but service descriptions, availability, and content may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent allowed by law, the public site is provided “as is,” without warranties that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits legal rights, professional duties, patient protections, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable United States and Missouri law, without overriding mandatory patient protections or other applicable legal requirements. Questions about the site may be directed to AnchorPoint Medical of the Ozarks, LLC, phone 573-217-6804, email [email protected], mailing address 1600 W Maud Street, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901.
